WP object cache with Pantheon clear cache

Hi,
If i do some database update, i need to clear the cache in pantheon server dashboard page. For this, many customers are troubling to see their details in the site. It is showing old details, not exact value from database… Why should i do clear cache every time?? wp_cache_flush is not working in code. Then how to fix ? anyone ?
