We realize in our pursuit of saying the right thing we have waited too long to say something. Saying something, even if not perfect, is the right thing to do.
The Police work for us, the American public. Their actions are a reflection of what we as a society condone.
We stand with the Black community against racism, violence, and hate. We believe all institutions, including companies, have a duty to act as allies and speak up for justice and equality.
We also recognize that words alone will not fix failed policies and politics. Ultimately, we will be judged as Americans by our actions, or lack thereof, during this critical moment in time.
