Feature request: Improve Support Portal Ticket Categories

When filing tickets in the support portal I see the following categories.

  • Developer Workflows or Git
  • PHP/MySQL/Redis/Varnish/Solr
  • Drupal/WordPress
  • Billing

But there are times when I have requests that don’t seem to fit into these categories.

  • Issues related to the Fastly CDN
  • Platform issues with the Dashboard
  • TLS certificate issues
  • Platform configuration issues, like pantheon.yml
  • Failed backups

Just thought I’d throw this out there to see if it’s helpful.
